I believe that true health is about more than just what you eat or how much you move. It’s about feeling deeply connected to yourself, your purpose, and our body’s natural rhythm. My own journey with IBS allowed me to know firsthand how frustrating and exhausting it can be to struggle with bloating, food sensitivities, and digestive discomfort. After years of trial and error, I learned to listen to my body, find my triggers, and create a way of eating that supports my gut without restricting my life
This has led me to explore deeper layers of healing. Today, I help others do the same gently, intentionally, and sustainably.
With tools like one-on-one coaching, nourishing meals, pilates, and meditation - I support women and men in coming back home to themselves.
